
Akakūʻs July salon features local filmmakers Brian Kohne and Stefan Schaefer with a moderated discussion by Barry Wurst. Learn about whatʻs happening in Mauiʻs creative sphere & see excerpts of a variety of work made by Brian and Stefan. Brian is Mauiʻs Film Commissioner and will share whatʻs new at the Maui Film Office and UH Mauiʻs Academy for Creative Media. Stefan will share his current documentary project, Epic Swim Maui. Both will share other projects and the ins and outs of filmmaking success. Hawaii Film Critics Society founder, Barry Wurst, is sure to lead an inspiring conversation!
