Austin Hutto is an independent Maui-based producer, and an outside contractor at Akaku Community Media. Austin produces community feature stories, supports Akakū productions as a tech specialist and cameraman, and serves as a media trainer. He graduated from Colorado Film School with a Certificate of Cinematography. He has worked on various feature films, commercials, and documentaries on Maui with companies including: Netflix, Turo, and Adidas. Austin is also an accomplished musician.
