NOTICE

AMENDED NOTICE OF MEETING TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS

Pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules section 16-133-30, the Department of Commerce

and Consumer Affairs (“DCCA”) held public hearings in October and November 2013, on the

Application for Renewal of Maui County (Excluding Lahaina) and Lahaina/West Maui Cable

Franchises (“Application”), submitted by Oceanic Time Warner Cable LLC, now known as Spectrum

Oceanic, LLC (“Spectrum”). DCCA is holding a meeting to provide the public the opportunity to

submit additional comment on Spectrum’s application to renew its cable television franchises for the

County of Maui.

After registering, individuals wishing to comment virtually need to also sign up at

https://bit.ly/SpectrumMauiComment. Individuals commenting in person will sign up onsite.

The purpose of this meeting is to afford interested persons the opportunity to submit oral or

written comments on Spectrum’s application. The Application and other related documents can be

viewed at https://cca.hawaii.gov/catv/twc-maui-county/.

All interested persons shall be afforded the opportunity to submit their oral or written

comments at the time of the meeting. Whether presented orally or not, interested persons are

encouraged to put their comments in writing and submit them to CATV via the following:
