Basic Video Production and Storytelling for Groups

Video production is visual storytelling. Whether your passion is capturing sporting events, community gatherings, news stories, interviews or scenery, there is always a story to be told. Get your team hands-on operating our HD video camcorders and properly using tripods and microphones in the field. This project based training includes the rudiments of editing in Final Cut Pro X. Students will produce short stories while training to build confidence. Graduate members are eligible to reserve camera packages and our Media Lab edit bays.
